Child internet safety is at the core of our business and we actively seek to increase children’s safety using the following:

Where possible, we use a combination of automated moderation filters (such as those provided by our moderation software partners, Crisp Thinking and Reality Digital) and human moderation techniques to intercept any inappropriate behaviour or age inappropriate content and guide young users so they can enjoy playing online in a healthy, safe environment.

All of our moderators are vetted and police checked to work with children online and are thoroughly trained to report issues to the correct authorities.
